Some time ago I posted a message about the lack of a Hokie presence at Hanover High School, which recently placed first nationally in their division; the program has a number of scholarship seniors ready to attend colleges at places other than our beloved school.

My second cousin - a rising senior, who is tops in his class academically and who wishes to major in engineering - was part of that team. He is now being recruited by U of R. I have no idea if he is talented enough for a baseball scholarship offer at Tech, but we have shown no interest at this point. It is dumbfounding why our coaches aren't spending time at that school.
