Governor of Texas says Houston in or no expansion


Half the big 12 is located in the state of Texas. 8 votes required for a particular member means Houston is in whether it is 12 or 14. What will be interesting is the grant of rights. If it too is not extended then writing is on the wall and Texas and Oklahoma want the flexibility to exit in a few years.
