Has the ACC ever done it though?

If it did happen, then UMD may be the likely candidate since it moved its home game from College Park to the Cap Centre or Verizon Center. Even though technically it may be a neutral site game, I don't count it since DC was still within UMD's sphere of influence. The same would go for GT playing a home game in either the Georgia Dome or the Phillips Arena.
