Content is the easy part
Getting viewers is what pays the bills.
In this cable model, population and carriage fees are what rules the day, though. Those deals have yet to be made. In state carriage and out of state carriage fees to subscribers who have ESPN in their packages and what the network can negotiate those to be is what will eventually determine how much money the ACC makes off of this venture.
Obviously, both the ACC and ESPN think this can be a profitable venture. As profitable as the SECN?...I would be pleasantly surprised at that because the fan bases are just not as rabid as the SEC fan bases, but that doesn't mean it won't put the ACC in the upper echelon and bring us close enough for the difference to be within spitting distance.
