Big 12 is at the precipice. This is what an existential struggle looks like. They should examine every possibility, no matter how outlandish it may appear. They should reach out to UCLA, the 'Zona schools, the former Big 12 members, Arkansas, LSU, Iowa, anybody. Why not? Thinking outside the box isn't good enough right now; they should be thinking outside the entire warehouse. They should make one last run at Florida state and Clemson. What have they got to lose?
