Who cares what the SEC and B1G want?

Their opinion on any of this is not required at all.

It's the CFP committee that matters, and they will only allow conference champions in the playoffs. ND can continue to deny its coaches and players any chance to compete for anything, and the older alumni want to. But it is not smart.
