Are you sure Texas wouldn't join by itself if it got to play

nothing but home games in football and 16 home games in basketball for the next 10 years? (example purposes only) I suspect every school has a "price" for agreeing to be on an island in a conference. The question becomes is the price too high for a conference to pay in order to add the school or not. If Texas's price for being on an island was the example I used above, then I don't believe the ACC would or should agree to it. Then again that is why John Swofford is currently the Commissioner and I am just a TSL poster.
