Don't think that methods are very different between him and gentry. I live out of state now and have become friends with a S&C coach at a local school. He informed me that from what he knows about both men, their methods aren't that different, in terms of their workouts. What he brings though is an updated attitude, energy, and approach with the kids. While I'm over the moon about this freshness, don't be fooled that the new workouts are all that different.
