Though I can't say for certain. It's possible we could split if a different conference was willing to take them on their own merits, I just don't know how likely that is. Wherever OU goes, it will be with either Texas or OSU (or both). Playing one of them OOC every year would be simple enough (the Red River Shootout was played that way for most of the game's history), but I can't see us having to schedule them both that way. Plus, even outside the possible political ramifications of leaving them behind, my understanding is that President Boren has no intention of leaving the pokes high and dry.
