On the computer just go to the Website:
www.watchespn.com
and you'll see all the things that are showing. If you try to watch one, it will ask you who your provider of ESPN is. It would be your cable company, and then you have to log into the cable company's website to get access.

For showing it on your TV, I'd recommend a Roku streaming device over WiFi internet in your home. I've linked the Roku website. One of the Roku Channels is Watch ESPN. Tons of channels run over Roku.
