I think you missed my point. Hokies4Life was suggesting the end game


for Texas is to join a 20 member ACC. What I was suggesting is the ACC may not be the end game for Texas. Instead it may be the Big Ten because of what bylaws may be in place. If the power conferences decide to keep the current 2 division format, then it would essentially cap the membership at 16 because of the round robin requirement for divisional games. If Texas is going to be on an island as the 16th member, then would it rather be an island in the ACC or Big Ten?
