This is what I found on the Wake Site not the same as BYU.

Wake Forest University is committed to
providing programs, activities, and a safe
academic and working environment that is free
from sex discrimination (including
discrimination on the basis of sex, sexual
orientation, gender identity, and gender
expression) and sexual misconduct (including
sexual harassment, sexual assault, domestic
violence, dating violence, and stalking).

This is pretty much the opposite of what the BYU code states.

Let me say that I fully support BYU's rights, as a faith based school, to implement and enforce their honor code as they see fit.
