Why doesn't the B12 scoop them up?

Because they really don't move the needle. They are in a good recruiting area, but the good recruits from that area will always be hard to keep out of the SEC grasp - no matter what.

All of the schools left up for grabs are up for grabs for a reason. The only ones worth expanding for are the ones someone else already has.
