New England is where a good percentage of the Notre Dame Football fans are.


New England, New York, Chicagoland, and California are where the Notre Dame fans traditionally come from. They have not traditionally been located in the South. But many from the northeast have migrated to the South Atlantic states and Florida. Notre Dame's relationship with the ACC allows Notre Dame football to follow them to the South Atlantic states and Florida.

New England follows college football and has for a long time. UConn is new to the scene, but they do have a large following in their home state.
