I guess I'm old school wanting some geographic integrity strategy.


It's like with the talk of the ACC looking at Kansas. Sure Kansas is good basketball, but is just not something that makes sense in the ACC. SEC or Big Ten perhaps yes.

I wouldn't want Texas alone either. They would need a division of their own that makes sense.

The choices that the media is running with for the Big XII: Houston, BYU, Cincinnati, and UConn are all over the map spread out. That is unruly at best. I talked about BYU as a football only for the ACC before. That's 1 school doing that, not 3 or 4 flyover schools.

Air Force with BYU is like Colorado State with BYU. It makes some sense for the Big XII.
