I'm assuming they'll view the ACC as their local P5 conference, yes.

Right now zero of them do out of Connecticut's 3.5 million people.

And I do think that all of the VCU fans, UR fans, Virginia Union fans, George Mason fans, and James Madison fans view the ACC as the local P5 conference in Virginia. They don't have to be fans of Virginia and Virginia Tech. They have their own schools, but they know who the local P5 conference is. That is delivering the market.

I'm not a fan of the Washington Redskins, but I know that they are the local NFL franchise in Richmond.
