It's a double-edged sword


Without ESPN bribing ut with the longhorn network, the Big 12 would have ceased to be (at least as we know it) about 5-6 years ago. But it's also responsible for keeping the conference bed-ridden and unable to thrive (no conference network, no future). The longhorn network is the Big 12's life support, and in my opinion it's time to pull the plug.
