I see the same issue many times at my Kroger in Richmond


In high school I worked at Winn Dixie. A friend of mine worked at Kroger. He was in the union while Winn Dixie was definitely not Union. He got paid more per hour but worked fewer hours. We always kept the carts full inside for the customers. The Kroger back then didn't keep the inside carts full just like it doesn't do a good job today. So I blame it on the unionized baggers. Perfect logic, eh?
