How can I rage against him or disparage his character if I don't know him? It doesn't matter what his name is, or if it was someone else who did the same thing, the argument is against his/their behavior, and I and many others in the thread have made many good arguments trying to establish the reprehensiblity of his (or anyone else's similar) actions.
