On the surface it does appear that ECU doesn't have much to offer

If the Big XII is looking to increase its coverage on the East Coast, then ECU could allowed the Big XII (better?) access to the '757 market' as well as all of NC. Now I am not saying that the Big XII would win the ratings battle. Just that more local stations may end up showing more Big XII games a part of the regional coverage.
