I can tell you that your donation is very much appreciated by the Club

You likely have a volunteer Hokie Rep assigned to you, and the Hokie Club expects your rep to give you the personal attention that you seek. If you have one already assigned, he may not even know that you have contributed for a while after your donation, and if you don't already have one assigned it would likely take even longer for you to be assigned and for that "Thank You" to happen. As a longtime Hokie Rep myself, I watch for new additions and upgrades, when it is reported to me, and I always send a personal note and try to get them on the phone to thank them as well. Starting at the Silver level is stepping up to the plate big time IMHO. I have had members start at the Hokie Club level and work their way up over the years to Golden or Platinum or higher, so I am always appreciative of that first gift, and I know the Hokie Club is as well. Unfortunately, it sometimes takes a little time to administer these things, so hang in there. Whether I am or am not your rep, please at least accept a "Thank You" from me on behalf of the Hokie Club!!
