My kid isn't college material. He's a mild Aspergers patient with a

learning impediment... but he is going to Vo-Tech in Virginia Beach where he will learn a little plumbing, carpentry, electrician, and masonry and he will "major" in one of those disciplines his senior year, with the idea being, when he's done, he should have no problem apprenticing and developing skills he can use the rest of his life in a field that is always needed and currently wanting for people to fill open jobs. He's got a real opportunity to be productive in life without starting out with crippling debt.

His sister has a history degree and a job she loves assisting a museum curator, but her student loans aren't being paid.
