Wall Street Journal created their own ranking based on HR recruiters


opinions a few years back. Their list was heavyily weighted towards schools strong in STEM subjects. The list looked completely different than the 1 USN&WR built. I think VT came in around 15 or so if memory serves me correct. Also, Salary.com creates a list every year based on avg. salaries for new graduates, 5 years out and then 10 years out. Virtually zero difference between VT and UVA in all 3 categories. Both high but not top 15.
