I see a lot of optimism and I think there are good reasons for the optimism. But success doesn't happen in a straight line. We got a lot of fortunate breaks last year. There are no guarantees we get those breaks this time. And I do agree that we snuck up on some teams last year.

Make no mistake, we should be quite good this year. The NCAA Tournament is the goal. But frankly, I would be happy with making it to the dance and not having to get stuck in a play-in game. The schedule is a bit tougher this year. That's why I put us at 19-11 a few days ago when the schedule was released.
