I would say the Pac-12 is probably very stable too.
The Pac-12 could decide to become the Pac-16 (assuming it finds 4 worthy candidates). However, the conference doesn't have a wide variety of choices to pick from given its location. Likewise, I don't think Pac-12 is very close to potentially losing any members to another power conference given its location. I am not sure the same can be said about the ACC since there always a possibility the ACC could lose a member to the Big Ten or SEC when the GoR comes up for renewal. Now I am not suggesting it will happen given that we have a long way to go before the GoR comes up for renewal. I am just comparing both conferences based purely on a risk assessment.
