I was watching one of those college football shows,...

which I seldom watch, last week on ESPNU. The 2 "experts" kept on talking up Houston and BYU. I almost felt that ESPN is paying their guys to say those 2 schools since that's what ESPN probably wants.

Everyone knows that ESPN's opinion (choices, favorites,....) in who the Big 12 or ACC or SEC accepts carries a lot of weight in the conference's final decision. BC's former AD Gene DeFilippo let the cat out of the bag during ACC expansion in 2011. DeFilippo was sent to the back of the ACC wood shed for his comments and was forced to apologize. DeFilippo retired less than 10 months later. ESPN usually gets their way. Money talks.
