If any minds are changing, it's about whether to vote at all

I could see some portion of the electorate wanting to vote, and yet feeling like they can't vote for either party and a vote for a third party is a wasted vote. So after every major campaign event, they convince themselves to go one way or the other, and then that fades or changes as each major candidate says or does things that bother the voter.
