Framer should agree to work with client and provide the info - but -


get an "air tight" non-disclosure / non compete agreement signed.
Of course nothing really is "air tight" but use this to train the client gopher about intellectual property, now much the Framer has invested in client, how valuable he is, and just get an idea of the work it would take to change . . . if said client really likes the work they are getting (clearly if they like it enough to copy/replicate, they do).

95% sure the gopher will drop the request, but if he does get it signed (signature block should be for CEO/CFO), share the info.
