Sure. Texas isn't coming to the ACC. EVER.

I think the Big12 does break up and they are picked apart, rather equally, by three leagues. the only ACC addition will be WVU. and I do feel ND will have it's slot as number 16 or 17 or 18.

I'm thinking something like this goes down.
TCU, Oklahoma St., Kansas St. to SEC.
Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas to B1G.
Texas Tech to Pac12

And again:
WVU to ACC.

No Texas or Oklahoma schools are coming to the ACC. The ATLANTIC COAST conference will remain a generally Eastern league.
