You have an odd number of teams going to each conference. This only makes sense for the ACC, if Norte dame joins. The other conferences would need to add an even number of schools so e divisions work. Who would be the sec 4th, big10 4th and pac12 2nd?

Also, not sure what value tcu, Oklahoma st, and Kansas st bring to sec. why would they add them?
