There is no reason can't pass schools like Iowa and Minn et al.

One great coach, some friendly OOC scheduling, some lower level bowls again, and they are back to where they were a few years back.

Athletic fortunes come and go, but Ruts will be the major state U in one of the larger states for as long as we're alive. That's what the B1G invests in.
