YOu got a group West Va, Iowa State, kanas state and Baylor who needs the big 12, they have no place to go.

Oklahoma, texas and Kansas are national brands and all would be picked up. (but texas wants nothing to do with the SEC PERIOD)

Oklahoma is intrigue with the Big 10 (as is Kansas)

No one wants to be the one who breaks the GOR and be subject to fines. They were hoping that kicking Baylor or expansion would defacto require re approval and that would allow folks to leave.. The schools mentioned about expansion don't want to sign up if the prestiege schools are all leaving. LOTS of folks playing poker.
