Yum's going to have to open up another

a few thousand KFCs, Pizza Huts, and Taco Bells in China and Latin America. I think they reached their limit in eastern Europe. ;)

What will probably happen, is there will be a tax increase or some Louisville restaurant tax to help pay for it. The University of Louisville could open up few strip clubs to help. I heard one of the clubs was being named Cardinal Sins.
