I agree the other top teams will be punished too. However, it will

be interesting to see if the Committee "punishes" Ohio State for not competing in the Big Ten's CCG. Since supposedly conference championships "matter" to the Committee. Also, it will be interesting to see for this week's poll and next week's poll whether the Committee truly starts with a clean slate or is influenced by previous weekly polls (i.e. unwillingly to drop a team in the polls that won their last game).
