There will still need to be a Committee to seed the 4 teams
Also, playing 3 P5 schools isn't just about benefitting the network. It is also about trying to boost a team's SOS to put it in the best position to secure a New Year's Day Six bowl game in the event the team doesn't get to participate in the Playoff. It isn't that much different than the ACC and Big Ten implementing the 1 game against a P5 school requirement. Or the Big Ten eliminating the ability for teams to schedule against FCS schools.
