everyone played the last weekend of the season. In week 14, 10-1 TCU was ranked 3rd and 11-1 OSU was ranked 5th. In week 15, 11-1 TCU was ranked 5th and 12-1 OSU was ranked 4th.

In fact, TCU had been ahead of OSU every single week of the rankings. OSU didn't even pass them during TCU's bye week (week 13).
