The current administration has shown every inclination toward wanting to be in the ACC and wanting to stay in the ACC. It has shown no inclination to join in with your pipe dream.

The answer to VT's challenges and realistic aspirations is simply not a move to the SEC. And every move and non-move by the previous and current administrations confirms this.
