Yep. I see WVU & UCONN as addding SOME value to the ACC.

If 20 teams is the goal, then the ACC is going to be scrambling for numbers 19 and 20. Then again, if there is some sort of P4 put forming, the leagues will work together. THEN the ACC could add ND and a number 20. They'll surely force ND's hand at that point. It will be P4 or nothing.

So the additions of WVU, ND, UCONN, and (Navy/Temple/?) might not be so bad.
