I think he's got an Incredible Hulk problem. He gets frustrated, or even too competitive, and he does stupid things. He regrets it immensely afterwards.

Again, I'm not excusing him. He should have been suspended last year. If his mentors cared about him, they'd help him get a handle on his inner big green guy.
