Eighty P5 schools means that fifteen G5's have been promoted to P5 status. The networks are not going to pay for that. They like getting G5 media rights for peanuts. The top few teams in the Big 12 will remain P5. The others will slide to G5. I recall during the last round of realignment, that ESPN complained that every time schools change conferences, they (ESPN) lose money.
The PAC 12 may add schools, but it's more likely that they will not. Between the SEC and the B1G, one of them will got to sixteen when the Big 12 flops, but the other may remain at fourteen. Unless the added schools are moster programs, the economics may not permit the move.
