I believe ACC teams have played @NW (Evanston is a suburb of Chi-town)

and I know Duke has played games at the United Center. I could be wrong, but I don't see the ACC (or its members) taking a stand that they will never participate in an athletic event in Chicago ever again. I mean do you see any ACC school willing to forfeit a NCAA Tournament game because it is being held at the United Center? Do you see any ACC school willing to forfeit a national championship game in football because it is being played at Soldier Field?

I think at one time Richmond was considered to be the "murder capital of the world." I believe some of the years Richmond held that title were also years UVA's home game in the UVA-VT bball series were played in Richmond.
