ACC really needs to pay attention to both.

The Big Ten represents an entire region of the country in the midwest. The media is going to continue to hype the B1G brands to keep that region tuned in. And since Penn State and Notre Dame are the only football brands that really drive the needle in the East, they will be hyped as well. It is important that the ACC maintain its relationship with Notre Dame so that we can get attention along with them in the East.

The ACC just needs to keep winning like you say, and ESPN will promote the ACC. It's important for the ACC Florida schools to stay strong. The are a big media draw for football that can compete with the SEC for attention.
