I like it. With a Natty, VT could get into lower tier 2.

I think about 5 years ago, we were the premier team to have never won one. Think we were squarely sitting between Tier 2 and Tier 3.

If we can keep 8-10 wins and get a Natty in the next 5 years, we'll make the jump.

We've been top 10 or so the last 20-30 years in win percentages. We're 20th or so all time. We've got the longest winning season/bowl streak and a fan base that is close to the tier 1 schools. There's an opportunity here now that UVA has essentially given up on bigtime college football. The Bronco hire suggests as much.

I do worry about our financial ability to keep up tough. Let's see if the ACC can at least get us close. If they can get us within $5million per year of most SEC schools, we can get there.

If not, let's do a Clemson and drop money losing programs like hot potatoes. Who really cares anyhow? Let's go out and get this thing done. Love the Bud/Fuente combo and now we need recruiters on this staff.
