True, ex official runs the ACC, John Clocherty (sorry spelling) was one of the most respected refs ever. Came in ACC, first order of business, sent Homers Duke Edsall, and Larry Rose on their way. No more ACC for them. Marginal refs at best, but we're good ole boys for Fred Barakat.
So I will ask, how you going to change it. Do you know how many refs you need across the country on a Saturday in D-1? Where are you going to get them from, who will supervise them
