out of announcing his decision at his HS on 1/20/17. Of course it was not impossible that he would have committed to UF "on the spur of the moment", but in this case to say he would have committed while he was there if he was going to at all is highly unlikely based on what he has done to delay his decision and to make a point of advertising his decision day, time and place, i.e. his HS on 1/20.
