So what that's showing is the drive is partitioned but the OS...


isn't recognizing the format. Was the NAS using a proprietary format? I would think that NTFS or at worst FAT32 would be used by an appliance, but we're getting a little beyond my expertise.

Check the forums on the NAS manufacturer's support website to see if anyone else has had this issue. May find something useful there faster than here if you search it. You're probably not the first to run into this.
