Interesting on Oliver. My Hoo friends think Oliver is the beginning, the middle and the end of the Hoo football problems. They like Littllepage and think he has made great hires in just about every sport if not all of them, but football.

However, they say Littlepage gives Oliver way to much rope on football. They blame the bad hires and slow to fires on Littlepage letting Oliver lead the decisions in football. Your thoughts?
