In what circumstance would Texas request those schools?


the question presupposes that the president of UT has a little business savvy.

I think it makes sense to have a western group in the ACC if it comprises at least four - preferably five - schools. If we are indeed going to four superconferences it seems that 20 has to be the number. Five western schools allows those schools to play a lot of intradivision games with less travel.

In the end, I'd prefer things not change. Or, that we could just pick up Texas. I'm not sure how the athletes could stand all that travel though.
