I don't think the SEC would be interested in adding Texas Tech

in order to get Texas. I am unsure about the Big Ten, but I have a feeling the Big Ten would give the same response as the SEC. I think only the ACC and Pac-12 would be interested in adding partners. The would be interested in adding any partners Texas wants (excluding maybe Baylor now). The Pac-12 would only be interested in adding public partners.
