Would WVU bring in more money?

I don't really know, but if they would then I think they might already have been offered membership. I just don't see expansion for expansion's sake happening. Maybe they help some with markets in the Mid Atlantic - but enough to increase the conference payout?

They might get in if there is some grand deal among the P4 when the B12 breaks up to find homes for the misfits to keep Congress from getting involved, but other than that - I doubt it.
